Proof of how simple-minded Americans are, just the mere name of a beer that has had this name since forever is seeing a decline in sales due to the outbreak of this manufactured Corona Virus.
Despite Constellation Brands (STZ)'s statement that customers "understand there is no link between the virus and our business", public relations firm 5WPR conducted a survey of 737 adults over 21 and found that 38% of them would not buy the product under any circumstances following the coronavirus outbreak. Even though he's made this statement if you're an American and have been alive long enough to experience the way our society works, you know there are and will be folks that will not touch the brand just because of the name. Seriously. Think about it.
Do we care if their sales are hurt? Nope. Not at all. Not Black-owned and hasn't done anything for the Black community so we could care less. We just needed to point out how simple-minded Americans can be.
