To the young Black women who are looking for inspiration in someone that looks like you, Deborah Flint is a great role model to look up to. She serves as the CEO of Los Angeles World Airports.
This is one of the many melanated faces they will not show you but will gladly promote Lizzo's clownish antics and tell you that what she does is empowering. We must steer away from the negative tropes and towards the positive and motivating.
