Court documents filed on Tuesday reveal that convicted murderer Derek Chauvin is seeking a new trial for the murder of our brother George Floyd. The filing alleges "abuse of discretion that described the defendant of a fair trial; prosecutorial and misconduct; errors of law at trial; and a verdict that is contrary to law."
The world saw this demonic racist demon kneel on George Floyd's neck for over nine minutes and this evil being wants a new trial? Of course, he does. In this country, the killing of unarmed Black people is not considered a crime in their system so no, this isn't surprising by any means.
Don't be surprised if he gets a new trial and they consider what's being alleged. White supremacists don't like accountability or taking L's. So the rise in police killings after the verdict and this new filing is par for the course.
Just watch this evil system at work. If we want justice, we have to take it. So to all of you out there who were celebrating, you should know better.
