Dababy facing lawsuit over slapping incident at show.

It turns out that Tyronesha Laws did not receive Dababy's apology well at all.

She has filed a lawsuit claiming he attacked her "suddenly and without warning". You had to know this was coming. This was a bag waiting to be secured.

A video surfaced of Dababy slapping a woman for getting too close with ger flashlight on her phone. He states that he could not see who she was and it was a quick reaction. This could be true. That doesn't mean anything in this country. He just gave this woman an opportunity to get rich quick.

Like clockwork, her attorneys stated, "Our goal is to deter similar conduct in the future and send the message that this type of behavior is not tolerated in America". Yeah right. This type of behavior is tolerated according to who's doing it.

Either way, he's gonna have to face this one.
