Are You Listening to Your Dreams?

Many of us have dreams, but we don't always pay attention to them. We brush them off as random images or strange stories our minds tell while we sleep. But what if there's more to it?

Nightmares tend to get the most attention because of how intense or frightening they can be. They jolt us awake. They stay with us. But what about the other dreams—the uncomfortable, confusing, or unsettling ones that aren't outright terrifying but still leave a lingering feeling?

Dreams aren't always just dreams. Sometimes they carry messages. Warnings. Guidance. Reflections of our subconscious trying to speak up. Whether it's a dream that mirrors something you're avoiding in your waking life or a repeated scenario that feels eerily symbolic, it's worth pausing and asking: What is this trying to tell me?

Personally, I don't overthink my dreams. But I do take time to sit with them. To feel them out. Sometimes they make sense right away. Other times, it takes a while before I can connect the dots. Either way, I've learned that ignoring them completely means missing out on possible insight.

So here's the real question: Are you paying attention to your dreams—or are you choosing to ignore them? It's easy to dismiss what we don't understand, but understanding starts with simply being open. Are you ready to do the same?
