In the world that we live in, positions and ranks are very important. Everyone has a role, certain people are at a higher level of education, etc. In the medical, corporate offices, and even down to your local organizations.
Now let's be real, in many situations a lot of people allow their title to get to their heads. They use those privileges and powers for evil. Which is not cool but it happens. In other cases, people allow "not having" a title to hold them up.
I need you to realize that just because you don't have a certain title doesn't mean you can push yourself. You can still help, be the best, and elevate. If you have ideas, let it be known. If you want to do additional research to help out the team's project; by all means do it. Don't allow people to walk all over you or abuse your kindness but find a way to balance it.
Be the great person that you are. Let your talent speak for itself. A title is not needed when you're naturally awesome. Just do you because trust me; they're watching 😉
