When you work as a team, most likely you'll get better results. Recently my team and I put together an event. Collectively we've worked together, practiced, and promoted like crazy.
We even took the time to help one another so we were all on point when it came to showtime. We had an incredible turnout, impressed many people, and put on a show to remember. That's what it's all about.
Instead of bickering, arguing, or trying to upstage one another; some should just try to work together so everyone can win. As the old saying states, teamwork makes the dream work and I agree 100%.
