We spend so much time trying to please others that we sometimes forget the most important person is YOU! We're afraid to speak up at work because we may be fired.
At times, we hide who we may be interested in to protect the feelings of others who may have a crush on us. We hold back on executing ideas just in case someone may think we're copying them.We allow others to have too much control over us and that's toxic. It's nice to care and to put others in consideration once in a while but you can't hurt yourself in the process.
