Coture Conversations: Shronda Armstrong of The Q-Chat Podcast

 We live in a time where empowerment and the need for mental health conversations are growing stronger and stronger by the day literally. We cannot afford to grace over these issues with religion, entertainment, drugs, and/or sex to bypass the time as scapegoats or getaways. By now we know these things won't work and we're left with issues that continue to fester getting worse.

Thankfully we have beautiful Black Queen Mothers like Shronda Armstrong, founder of Geaux Queen (website), host of The Q-Chat Podcast (IG), and creator of Seaux Soule Plant Vegan (IG) a plant-based vegan soul food delivery service. Her work is extraordinary and necessary, especially for the Black community. As a New Orleans native, she targets issues that plague our lives with common sense commentary and the skills to articulate solutions in a positive manner.

We sat down with her and had a conversation comprised of many elements including topics that are oftentimes frowned upon out of fear and traditional conditioning. That ain't it anymore.
