We recently sat down with legendary R&B Soul Singer Donell Jones in an exclusive Coture Conversations interview and talked about his upcoming album"100% FREE". From the start, the symphonic manner of the melodies grips you in a big way. As he dives into the content of the song, you easily slip into the memory or the feeling of being treated less than your worth by the person you were loyal to in a relationship and loved dearly.
Making the decision to walk away from this person and learning to love yourself had to be one of the best decisions you could've made knowing that everything they've done to you will definitely come back to them 10 fold. All you have to do is walk away with integrity.
"You gon get this karma" and "payback is a dog" are phrases not to be taken lightly even though he sang them with grace. This joint definitely targets the hearts of us who have had those experiences and reassures those who are going through it at this very moment that they will be okay and justice will be served in due time.
