An eye witness states that 22-year-old Harvey crashed her Mercedes SUV into another whip flipping her car in Beverly Hills. A source states that Lori was texting and driving. They pulled the other driver from their vehicle meanwhile she attempted to peel out while Face-Timing Steve Harvey.
Lori was arrested on 2 counts of misdemeanor hit and run and delaying a police investigation. Drugs or alcohol had nothing to do with it. She was clean. She was arrested but not booked. (How does that work? Celebrity status I guess.) She signed a written promise to appear in court.
