Recently, I started a segment on my radio show called " Flex On Em" which is a segment for my guests to state their accomplishments. I give them a moment to shine without feeling any type of way. Believe it or not, many people are hesitant to let amazing things be known. How do I know this; I'm one of them. It's sad that there's so much backlash when someone does something great but that's just life.
I decided to give people a platform to tell others that they're out here doing great things. I'm not going to hate but I'm going to congratulate them because they deserve it. It's beautiful to be humble, no you don't have to always brag about everything but there's no need to hide your hard work. Be great & know it's ok to "Flex On Em"!
