Kodak Black has legally changed his government name from Dieuson Octave to Bill K Kapri. He successfully requested the name change and his attorney Bradford Cohen stated that he was looking for a "Fresh start".

It is noted that his rap name will remain the same. So, there's that.

We hope that he understands that he's still black. Changing your name does not keep them folks off yo ass because you are very much still back as shit.
