Board Certified Criminal Trial Attorney, Felony Defense
Beth has been an Orlando resident since 1982. After several years as a stay-at-home mom, she graduated from UCF and then Stetson Law School, both degrees with honors. While in law school, Beth was a member of Phi Delta Phi, a legal honors society for law students in the top third of their class. Beth’s legal career began with the Office of the Public Defender in 2005, starting as a misdemeanor attorney and moving up the ranks in several felony divisions. She spent a year and a half as the Misdemeanor Division Chief, supervising approximately 25 attorneys, and ended her time at the Public Defender’s office in the major crimes division handling first and second degree murders.
While at that office, Beth became a board certified criminal trial attorney, designating her as an expert or specialist in the area of criminal trials. Beth's board certification recognizes her special knowledge, skills and proficiency in the area of criminal trial law, and her professional ethics in practice. Board certification in criminal trial law is the Florida Bar's highest level of evaluation of the competency and experience of a criminal trial attorney.
Beth’s trial experience ranges from DUI, theft, battery and violation of domestic violence injunction charges to burglary, robbery, carjacking, drug trafficking, sexual battery, attempted murder, and first degree murder, with various misdemeanor and felony charges in between. Beth also has considerable experience with filing and arguing motions to suppress evidence, motions to suppress statements, and motions to dismiss.
Beth is a current member of the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Beth is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar, with no history of discipline, and currently serves on the Florida Bar's Criminal Law Certification Committee.
In addition, Beth is considered in the nation’s top 1% of attorneys by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.

In addition I Antuan Wright would like to say that I've had the pleasure of meeting with Mrs. Bourdon and have never dealt with an attorney with such a pure spirit, positive energy and an overwhelming since of concern for their clients. She treats everyone as if you were her own family and trust me it's genuine. If you ever have any legal issues I strongly recommend Beth Bourdon she is not here to cause a financial strain. She's more than willing to work with you on your budget and is knowledgeable about the law.
I'd like to thank you Beth for your help! We love you here at Apex Coture!!
