During a club gig on Friday, Kevin Gates violently kicked an 18-year old women after she tugged on his shorts.
The woman’s mom says her daughter was struck so hard in the chest that she passed out, and had to get a CAT scan at the hospital after the show.
The local authorities have viewed video of the incident, and the State Attorney’s Office is expected to press charges against Gates.
