ACMD: So I see you been puttin down since 2013. You seem to be very comfortable in your skin in this industry. Where does your confidence come from? Can I have some? Lol
DU: My confidence and hunger comes from the heart! I love what I do and I want to be the greatest coming from East Chicago, Indiana.
ACMD: East Chicago what up!! I'm bangin that "1997" mixtape and you got some Dope ass tracks and you man handlin them shits. Tell us about the concept of the mixtape..
DU: Lol thank you! The concept of 1997 is mainly to show everyone that I'm maturing in the industry and also to let my dad know that I'm still thinking of him.
ACMD: One of the things I noticed and I love is that you talk about having your own car with 2 jobs (Title Track "1997"). That shit is sexy as hell and yeen said shit bout no trappin plus you're still in school. You understand the business aspect of the game.. Please elaborate...
DU: Yea I love to work lol. I don't like asking people for a lot. So I meanly do things on my own.
ACMD: Thank you for setting an example for them birds that love to sit around and wait for Gov assistance and child support checks. So wassup with the "Dickey Simpkins" track? I want call some niggas his name so bad I just wanna make sure I'm doin it right lol. That shit is crazy creative and clever... Aine know who the fuck the nigga was til I googled him..
DU: Yeah Dickey Simpkins was just a crazy, clean song that me and my uncle Jeremy came up with.
ACMD: Yes it is... So you've opened up for some heavy hitters in the game. Tell us who and how it was workin with Katie Got Bandz...
DU: I opened for Jacquees, Herb, Rae Sremmud, King Louie. Now I'll be opening for Tink. Working with Katie Got Bandz was amazing lol it was lit. For me to come from listening to her, and watching her videos to actually being on a song with her.
ACMD: Word you been crazy on your grind. So what's up next for you? I know the people would like to know if you got any new music, videos, tours etc.
DU: Yea I'm planning on making a video for my new video Juice. And meaning planning on new projects and singles.

DU: I actually worked with her back in 2014. She was featured on my mixtape Dreamer. She also performed at my sweet 16.
